Life Size Models single, “Polar Nights”, explores the role mental illness can play in defining an individual and the toll it can take on ourselves and the ones we love. The song encourages listeners to believe in the proverbial light at the end of the tunnel even when it might not seem to exist. 

“Polar Nights” began as a sketch by twin brother Stephen Seymour and was demoed by Chris Seymour in an Air Bnb in San Luis Obispo in late 2018. The band tracked and mixed the song in Oakland, CA at Hellam Studios.
