About the band

Life Size Models was started by identical twin brothers, Chris and Stephen. As children, they underwent a record number of ear surgeries and almost lost their hearing.

 

Perhaps, as a rally against fate, the twins picked up instruments and began writing melodic and energetic songs together. They were swiftly joined by Anthony, Chris D, and Nick.
 

The band's goal? To one day live up to their own larger than life musical heroes, or “models”.

 

LSM caught the attention of legendary Bay Area tastemaker Aaron Axelson which resulted in terrestrial radioplay for over 24 weeks and multiple appearances on Bay Area based TV series: CW’s “B-Sides”, & "Soundwaves TV”.

Since then, LSM have supported international headliners Circa Waves, Michigander, Bartees Strange, Hotel Mira, Vista Kicks, and Ron Gallo.
